When deciding on opening up a franchise, there are many important factors to consider. After all, this decision is huge.

Because you’re not only beginning your own business, but you’re taking on someone else’s brand and have the responsibility of giving the company a good image.

You want to make sure that the company is something that you fully believe in and enjoy. That their vision is the same as (or close to) yours.

If you’re a foodie (one who loves all the good food) and you want to give people healthier (but still great tasting) food to savor, WaBa Grill is the solution.

Their whole restaurant is based on healthy alternatives and fresh made-to-order foods. You’ll feel rest assured that if you’re franchising this business, you will be serving people with fresh food all the time and giving people healthier options.

The WaBa Grill Franchise Opportunity is one for the books, so let’s get into the nitty-gritty of the company stats.

Details on the WaBa Grill

As I stated, the WaBa Grill is an exceptional restaurant that is dedicated to serving fresh foods to their customers no matter the cost or energy that it takes from the company.

They have a wonderful standard and vision for providing their customers with nothing but excellence. And if you can’t already tell from the name, their main focus is on grilled items.

Everything from their Wild Alaskan salmon to their rib-eye steak. They choose to marinate and serve boneless, skinless meats always. Salads are freshly prepared as the customer orders. And you will never find frozen meats in their kitchen.

The menu is filled with amazing food choices that are savory and delightful. Their customers are important to them, as it should always be. So if healthy food options in your field of interest, this franchise would be a great option for you.

You will definitely have to hold yourself accountable to their standards of serving never-frozen meat and giving your customers the most delectable options.

They are extremely trendy and have the mission of being a healthy, low-fat choice for on-the-go.

Franchise Growth, Turnover, and Transparency

Determining if a company is a good fit for you personally and financially, there are many elements to consider.

The growth of franchise outlets and turnover rates can quickly tell you what the experience of other franchise owners was. In this case, the growth of outlets from WaBa Grill hasn’t been too extreme. And honestly, their turnover rate isn’t too grand either.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not entirely horrible.

But it could be better.

To be exact, the number of outlets in 2010 was 24 and in 2012 that number only grew to 40. So it grew by 16 outlets in 2 years, which is still in good momentum.

As I said, not too bad and it could even be good for you if you are looking for an opportunity that isn’t overpopulated.

But let’s take a look at the turnover rates and see if you still feel the same.

I’ll give you a clue; it’s not as good as it could be.

The turnover rate for the WaBa Grill franchise is around 9. This number is calculated by combining the rates of termination, non-renewals, and transfers.

So if they are taking that average amount from the number of outlets that have been opened (40), it’s not horrible, but it’s nowhere near where it could be.

This usually means that the owners of the franchise were not making enough profit from the business and decided to close their doors.

When it comes down to financial transparency, WaBa Grill isn’t entirely clear on the subject. Which also sends out some red flags. However, I’m sure if you contacted the company itself and inquired about the information, they might work with you.

The financial transparency is pretty important to be aware of when you’re franchising a business. You want to know whether or not it will be worth your total investment in the long-run.

While we’re at it, let’s get into that investment and what you’re getting for your money with the WaBa Grill franchise opportunity.

Lead Generation Scalable Business in 2019

A Run for Your Money

Let’s get down to business; your potential business, that is.

If you’re looking into franchising WaBa Grill, there’s going to be some blood, sweat, tears, and a lot of money coming out of your pocket.

But that’s going to happen with every franchise, right?

Of course.

But how much are we really talking here?

And is it going to be worth your time and money?

If you’re going for this company, you’ll be paying a franchise fee of  $20,000-$25,000. But that’s not all.

Your total investment could be anywhere from $290,000 to $400,000 once all is said and done. And you’re going to have to sign into a 15-year agreement with the company right away. Now, that brings us back to the turnover rate.

You want to consider how long the agreement is for. If this agreement is for 15 years, and people are already trying to terminate or transfer the franchise, there could be some kind of underlying issue here.

The company does offer a renewal option of 10 years instead of doing the whole 15 all over again. So, there’s that.

While’s we’re talking about money, you’ll also have to pay the company a royalty fee of 5% and an ad fee of 2%. These are both ongoing fees that you, as the franchisee, are going to be responsible for paying.

These rates are, however, a little lower as compared to other companies in the same industry. And while they offer no training, computer support, or territory rights, the company does offer discounts on purchases of multiple outlets and they will refund you the fee under specific conditions.

What are you’re thoughts?

Now that you have some understanding on what the opportunity for franchising WaBa Grill looks like, what do you think?

Personally, this franchise opportunity can go either direction.

While there are some downsides to owning this franchise, there are also a few great aspects of the deal as well. It all boils down to what you are really looking for in a company and if WaBa Grill caters to those needs.

There are many factors here to think about and consider. It’s also a good idea to get more clarity directly from the company if you’re interested in this franchise opportunity.

Don’t allow any of your questions to go unanswered and remember to talk about all of the important and detailed topics.

When you are going to invest your hard-earned money into a company, you deserve to be aware of every aspect that could make or break the business.

Why Lead Generation, A Scalable & Thriving Online Business, Remains The Best Option To Earn 6-Figures In 2019

When building a business, it is obvious you need to spend some bucks as the initial investment for the startup.

In franchising, just like WaBa Grill, there are underlying agreements to make between you, the franchisee, and the franchisor. Like I’ve mentioned earlier, the company will ask you around $20,000 to $25,000.

The bad thing is there’s no guarantee you get the exact ROI you’re expecting, unfortunately.

You’re pressured to do business with them for more than a decade. 15 years to be exact!

This is why I prefer building more lead gen sites than any other business models out there. The biggest advantage of doing this is the scalability it promises to new online entrepreneurs like you. It only takes a few hundred dollars instead of showering as much $100,000 or more required to start a franchise.

You don’t need to do the typical market research as well as handling the physical goods because your product is digital.

This is why it’s long-term viability and at the same time, it’s scalable. Why?

With the increasing number of users lurking around the internet, there are more chances the potential customers are there in search for the service provider to anything. From plumbing to beauty services, they’re searching these niches.

Because in 2019, everyone connects to the internet with their smartphones. So, it’s extremely important to have high-level online marketing skills to make any business a 100% success.

Franchise Know How Niche List

You can use the same skill to earn passive income by creating a huge impact on your own life and to other small businesses you’re helping. Even if you decide to proceed with the franchising business, you can still use the same high-income skill to help promote your new franchise on the web.

You’re helping the local/small businesses position their selves right through the online lounge, where their target market hangs out most of the time. This is where the purpose of the lead generation business comes into the picture.

This is why our lead generation coaching program is amazing because you’re assured you learn the marketing skills that can increase revenue for any business you’ll do now or in the future.

  • The skill that pays the bills.
  • The skill that brings customers.

As of 2019, I have 45 clients across the US with $45,000 to $50,000 in residual income with around 90-95% profit margins. All I did is following the process. I utilized the teams and systems as well as the automation I learned from my mentor, Dan.

Since I’ve been into this business in 2014, I made hundreds of thousands of revenue for myself and my clients by doing ONE thing really well.

Take a look at my first client in Lansing, Michigan. I created the not-so-fancy website for around 6 hours and made sure it ranked well on Google.

Because I’ve done a great job in generating a huge amount of leads per day, the client is satisfied with what I’ve done. They’ve been paying me $750 per month for 4 years now.

For 4 years, too, I haven’t touched anything on the website I made. But my income keeps rolling. To date, I earned $36,000 from it. That means, I earned $6,000/hour activity.

If you want to build an indestructible online business—like what I’m doing for years—you have to build several digital assets that you own and have 100% control. In each lead gen site, you have the 100% power to rank them on Google search engine and earn 95% profit.

This isn’t possible in a franchising business.

In fact, only 51% earns more or less $50,000 and only 7% with $250,000 annual income. This year, I earn $50,000 per month, which means in 12 months I have $600,000. That’s more than double the income as a franchisee.

Yet, I build a lead gen site for a few hours. I don’t have to hire manpower to maintain these sites because I can do it on my own. Plus, lead generation is using free traffic. So, neither me nor the client pays $$$ on ineffective Facebook ads and outdated print advertising.

The opportunity you have here is insane. You have the power to replicate the same success as I did by building your own lead gen sites. Without my mentor, Dan, and his crazy principle of doing a new and strategic online business, I wouldn’t be here where I am now.

I would have working in an 8 to 9 day job for 40+ hours per week with a $2,000 monthly salary.  I would’ve been stuck with my beat up Acura and living in a small one bedroom in Wixom, MI.

If I achieve financial confidence and freedom through the lead generation coaching program, so can you.

What can you get in this program?

You will receive the ENTIRE BLUEPRINT of our successful 6-7 figure online business.

On top of that, we’ll coach you to be the best entrepreneur that’s capable of building a profitable, scalable business that can give you the abundance and freedom you deserve.

Whatever your reasons why you want this so bad, you can get there faster in our lead generation coaching program. Go here to get started.
