Taking on the idea of opening a franchise business can be exciting, overwhelming, and a whole lot of crazy. Sure, it’s an exciting time of your life where you are going to venture on a new journey and open up a business that can then open up many doors in your life.

But wait; now you have all of the stress and confusion of how it all works, which franchise will you choose, and is this even a good idea? You’re thinking too much. Or maybe not enough. However, I’m here to make your life a little easier as you’re researching opportunities for franchising.

In fact, I’m going to dive in on one of the thousands of franchise opportunities for you right now. It’s a small establishment with good food and good times. Both of which are essential to our lives, of course.

Sharks Fish & Chicken, serving as you could guess, fish, chicken, and sides that pair perfectly with the rest of the meal. This establishment offers a pretty decent franchise opportunity that is worth looking into if you are thinking about the food industry.

So, let’s take a walk through this opportunity and find out the details and requirements that would be needed from you. Then, you can decide if it’s the perfect opportunity for you to grab.

Sharks Fish & Chicken

There’s nothing like a great fish and chicken place where you can get everything that you’re craving under one roof.

Sharks Fish & Chicken serves up fantastic fried and grilled foods that are paired perfectly with a side of your choice. They not only offer the usual fish and chicken, but you can also order spaghetti, the ever popular hush puppies, jalapeno poppers, and so much more.

It’s like one of those shacks that you would imagine being on the boardwalk at the beach. Walking down on a sunny day and grabbing your favorite meal to hold you over. While it’s a simple establishment, it’s got all of that good-feeling food to keep the tummy satisfied. But we’re not here to just talk about the food, right?

We’re here to get into the major opportunity that Sharks Fish & Chicken offers. The franchise opportunity. So, let’s get down and dirty with the fishes and get started on those details.

Important Details on the Franchise Opportunity

How can you even be sure that this opportunity is a good one, without some important details?

But, what details am I talking about?

There are three aspects that can help to look into when researching a franchise opportunity. The growth of the number of outlets, the turnover rate, and the financial transparency that the company offers.

Since the beginning of the franchise opportunity in 2005, Sharks Fish & Chicken has had a slight level of growth. In 2011, there were a total of 55 outlets running. In 2013, that number grew to 64. So yes, there is a definite level of growth in franchise outlets, but it’s not too extreme. However, this could be a good thing.

You can be one of the first hundred of franchise outlets for this company if you chose to pursue this opportunity. Although, the growth isn’t the only aspect we need to check into.

The next factor we’ll look at is the turnover rate. Depending on the reasoning for the rate, it could have either positive or negative effects. With Sharks, their turnover rate is currently at zero. Which as I said, this can definitely be a positive for the company.

This means that there were likely no terminations to the agreement. So this could tell us that the current franchises are doing pretty well. However, the company is not permitted to release any promises as to whether or not you have a possibility to make a good profit with the franchise. Also, Sharks Fish & Chicken does not have any level of financial transparency with their franchises.

So there are no system data or average revenue reports to be shared with you while you are running the franchise. This could be a red flag depending on the reasoning or if the company, in fact, will show you reports. That is definitely one of the questions that you need to ask when contacting the company yourself.

Specifics and Requirements for Franchisees

Now we’re getting into the fun stuff. Fun? Yeah, you know, spending money. You need to spend money to make money, right?

While this franchise is quite cheap as compared to other establishments, you’ll still be shelling out a decent amount of cash. And there is no financing available, no discounts for purchasing more than one outlet. So, what is the cost?

For the initial franchise fee, it comes out to $25,000 and the total investment could be anywhere from $190,000 to $360,000. The company also requires its franchisees to pay an ongoing royalty fee of 6% and an advertising fee of 2%. These are fees that you will have to pay base on your gross revenue from the franchise.

The agreement term is a full 10 years with a renewal available at another 10 years. This term is pretty decent as compared to other comparable establishments and the ongoing fees are basically the same as the competitors. So, while there are some downsides to franchising this company, there are definitely some positives as well.

Wrap it Up

Each franchise outlet is unique, so there really is no telling whether this will be a successful venture for you. If you’re entirely committed and absolutely love running the establishment, then there should be no problems if your heart is in it. However, there are always some risks that are involved with any investment.

The location could be wrong, the customers may not be interested, there may not be enough profit coming in to keep it going.

But then again, there is always that chance that things will go perfectly; even better than perfect, sometimes! The decision is always yours in the end.

It’s always best to contact the company if you are truly interested in the opportunity to gain more certain clarity. You should ask questions like; How many outlets closed down in the last so and so years? How much does a renewal cost? How can the agreement be terminated, if needed? Are there minimum fees that you have to pay?

These questions, along with many more, can give you clarity on whether or not this opportunity is right for you.

Lead Generation Scalable Business in 2019

Why I Prefer Lead Generation Versus Franchising Business To Earn 6- To 7- Figures In 2019

Earning 6- to 7- figures sound ambitious, however, it is possible in lead generation more than any other business models out there. To me, this sounds a great advantage. The reason why we’re into business is to earn as much steady income we can per month.

This isn’t the case in the franchising business. You’re aware of the risks you’re going into it. Initially, you need to invest as high as $50,000 to $250,000 for a startup. In fact, there are a few franchising businesses asking almost a million dollars. Not including the series of training, intense market research you need to undergo to make sure it will succeed.

For an average Joe like me, I don’t have such amount in my pocket. Given, starting a lead generation business costing me a few hundred dollars sound enticing to me. Like you, whose dream is to escape your mundane day job, want to earn passive income by doing what I love.

I love business and I love writing about it. With my previous corporate work earning $2,000 per month, I couldn’t make it because I had to work 40+ per week.

Until I came across with my mentor, Dan, and introduced me to this business model. It changed my life and the way I view things. Since 2015, I’m running my online business full-time earning more or less $50,000 per month through lead generation.

Why is this possible?

Lead generation is an important business to help the local/small businesses around the locality to position their selves right to their target market. However, the problem is that they don’t know how to do it besides setting up a website that doesn’t work.

Nowadays, more and more customers lurk around the internet by spending time on their smartphones. Figures say that in two years, the mobile internet users would surpass the 5-billion mark. Apart from that, according to the US Small Business Administration records, there are around 30 million registered and operating small businesses across the US.

Traditional SEO and Facebook marketing would work, but not when you’re against the Giants in the industry. The sad thing is you aren’t sure what you’re getting are high-quality customers (who would really buy service).

Only by generating leads, they can ensure the lifespan of their business by earning an income they’re expecting every month or higher. To these small business owners desperate to earn more for a better life, these leads we provide are their bread and butter.

Take a look at my first lead gen site I created for a Limo company in Lansing, MI. I spent around 6 hours to create the simple website, including the ranking on Google search engine.

Since then, I haven’t touched anything on it but I am consistently earning $750 per month. If we do the Math, that’s $9,000 per year. To date, I earn $36,000 in 2019.

That’s for one lead gen site alone.

Take a look at my another client in one of a few towing companies in Metro Detroit. Before I took over their website, they only had 1 map listing, 1 phone number, and 1 site. After I worked with them, I created 15 map listings that created 10X his business.

That’s domination (versus other competitors)

In our business, it’s like creating several virtual billboards for the same company, making it more visible to their target market online. This is the power of attraction marketing we’re doing.

And this isn’t possible if I haven’t learned the fundamentals of earning with the help of our lead generation coaching program. Through the program, I learned:

  • The High-Income Skill. The fundamental skill that every man in the business should master to have the capacity to earn millions without a doubt, without being too sales-y with the clients. With it, I learn financial confidence to the point I don’t worry what happens to my digital assets nor my bank accounts because I know how to build my wealth quickly.
  • The EXACT blueprint to 6- to 7-figure income that other successful online entrepreneurs have learned and mastered through building several lead gen sites (digital assets) generating leads for the clients, which they’re paying for. I didn’t do anything afterward. That’s passive income there, baby!

If you go through our lead generation coaching program, you’ll learn exactly what I learned and mastered over the years. The exact steps I did to earn my 6-figures this year. Right now, I own 88 lead gen sites and counting. So, by the time I reach 30 years old, my goal is to increase them and earn $100,000 monthly in residual income. That’s my first 7-figures.
