It’s the year 2019, and there aren’t as many family-owned stores left around that remind us of the good old days.

I’m not talking about antique thrift stores.

I’m talking about those mom and pop stores that had outstanding customer service and always greeted you with a friendly face.

Luckily, there are a few still around that still hold onto this standard.

And Jason’s Deli is one of them.

Since 1983, they began the franchising opportunity for others to join in on this great venture. This restaurant franchise is based on food styles from New York.

There are also several locations that provide catering and delivery services to their customers. This opportunity isn’t the same as every other opportunity out there.

Why?

Because it’s independent.

The store is a family owned establishment with excellent morals and standards. Their views are always geared towards outstanding customer service.

So, if you want to franchise Jason’s Deli, you better make sure that you’re values are the same.

Jason’s Deli Overview

There are many reasons as to why Jason’s Deli is an excellent establishment. I’m not just saying that because of the quality of food they serve. The owners are family and have wonderful morals when it comes to handling customer service and respect.

They offer ingredients that are wholesome and healthier than many other restaurants. You’ll never find their food being filled with artificial colors or flavors.

This deli has been around for over 40 years and has been giving Americans a better option for food choices. The company also offers fundraising opportunities for schools. So you can definitely say that they play their role in the community.

There are a ton of different ways that Jason’s Deli continues to give back to the community. Including donations, fundraisers, lunch programs, and student rewards programs called Kid Cash.

Their establishment is one of a kind. If you’re looking for a franchising opportunity that means more than just reaching your yearly revenue goals and serving food, Jason’s Deli will definitely make you feel like you’re making an impact on your community.

Where it’s at and Where it’s going

So the whole business idea and vision over at Jason’s Deli sounds pretty great, right? I mean, serving your community with healthy food options and being a help to others? It’s an amazing feeling.

However, what really goes on here with the franchise opportunity and are people even showing any interest? Since the opening of the franchise outlets in the 1980’s, there has been a total of 106 outlets opened (at the end of 2015).

Sounds like a pretty decent number, right?

But what about the actual growth rate?

Although the number of outlets is decent, the rate of growth is only at a 10.

What does that mean exactly?

Well, in 2010, the total number of outlets was 96. And in 2015, that number rose to 106. So, in 5 years, that number only grew by 10. Which isn’t a horrible rate. In fact, it’s still in the acceptable area.

While we’re on the subject of growth, let’s get into the turnover rates. What do I mean by that?

A turnover rate is an average that they get from the total number of outlets and the number of closings, terminations, and transfers of the franchise outlets. Jason’s Deli has a particularly low turnover rate (of less than 4 to be exact), which is pretty good.

This information basically gives us an idea of how often franchisees close their doors and decide the money isn’t worth it. That they just aren’t making enough.

The fact that this number is low, gives us the clue that it must not be a terrible business to run.

This information is based on the years between 2010 and 2015. Whether or not that number grew, reduced, or stayed the same, is a question for the company.

You always want to be sure to ask important questions like these when you’re gathering information on their franchise opportunity.

Lead Generation Business Scalable Long Term Business in 2019

What it Takes as a Franchisee

Now we’re getting into the nitty-gritty of the whole opportunity and what the company is about.

How much it’s going to run you and if it’s going to even be worth your time and money?

Let’s face it, no matter how great of a company they are, it wouldn’t be worth the investment if it’s going to put you in the hole.

So, here’s the 4-1-1 on the cost.

For the franchise fee, you’ll be dishing out $35,000. However, your total investment could end up being anywhere from $900,000 to 1,500,000.

That’s a pretty extravagant investment if you ask me.

But here’s the thing.

You only have to pay 4% of an ongoing royalty fee and 2% of an ongoing ad fee. Which is actually lower than the competitors. So a great amount of that profit you’ll be making, you get to keep all for yourself.

How does that sound?

Maybe the reason for the high total investment cost is because the agreement requires a mandatory 20-year initial term. Which ends up being a little high, based on other establishments compared to Jason’s Deli.

However, you do have the option to renew your agreement with only 10 years being required. My guess is that the agreement requirements are so high because of the fact that this establishment has been in business for so many years.

That and the fact that they are independently owned and family operated, so they can do what they want in the end. Either way, it’s still not a bad deal for the investment in a business that sets high standards and provides great service.

Wrapping it up

When looking at the start of building a franchise business, there are many things that might be filling your mind. Questions, worries, excitement. It’s a huge decision.

But when you find a company with great values and is a business that has been around for as long as Jason’s Deli has, you know you’ve got something good.

With everything that they require, along with everything they offer, such as training and refunds under certain conditions, this is definitely one of the better franchise opportunities.

Of course, the fees and investments may be high. And so is the initial term. But in the end, you’ll be building a business that caters to their customers with excitement and family-centered values with healthy food options.

You can’t go wrong.

Why I Prefer Building More Lead Gen Sites To Earn 6 to 7-Figure Income In This Business Versus Franchising In 2019

Let’s be honest here.

You want to build a business that is scalable. Because you can afford it. We know starting a business will cost us money, however, it doesn’t have to be that expensive. In a franchising business, we’re talking about $100,000 to as high as $250,000.

Not including the other miscellaneous fees to pay to make the whole thing run. Plus, the manpower it requires to handle the physical goods we’re offering to our customers. That’s a lot of work.

This is the biggest advantage I see when you take the lead generation business as your option to earn a passive income.

Apart from its scalability—since you only need a few hundred dollars to start—it’s a long-term and thriving business model with a 100% guaranteed best results (as long as you follow the EXACT STEPS we’ll teach you in our lead generation coaching program).

You have many options to choose from. You can try a franchising business, too. There’s nothing wrong with that.

But in a lead generation business, you only need your laptop and the internet to earn 6 to 7-figure income by building online assets you can offer to 1.5 billion different markets out there.

Compared with franchising, you have to do an intense market research and other preparations beforehand before the company grants you the franchising authority.

It’s a thriving option because the internet won’t go anywhere. Rather, it goes on improving its systems to serve the users better. And because most of the potential clients spend most of their time surfing on the web, this becomes the target for most local/small businesses around you.

The problem is they don’t have the apt online marketing skills to position their selves right in front of their target market. Besides, the small business owners don’t have the time to learn these things because they have too much on their plate.

If you take a look at the figures released by the US Small Business Administration, there are around 30 million small businesses operating all over the country.

Franchise Know How Niche List

And I assure you there are only a few of them knows how to make their selves visible online. This is the reason paying $$$ on Facebook ads is tempting. They don’t know if they’re spending too much with no guaranteed best results.

When you do the lead generation business, it’s like giving yourself the opportunity to erect virtual billboards for the same IBO—small business owners—to ensure their market will see them. If they notice their services on the web, they’ll make a phone call.

Using our digital assets, our lead gen sites generate as many leads as possible to the respective service providers. Thus, we become the middleman of the customers to these small businesses desperate for our help. This is what Uber and Airbnb are doing over the years.

You don’t have physical goods to sell. So, you don’t spend so much time on the inventory, dealing with suppliers, customer complaints, shipping, and among others. That gives you the time to work on more lead gen sites and help more struggling small businesses out there.

The more lead gen sites you own, the faster you grow your online business.
