 Sean Glaze uses an idea from the Greek philosopher, Plutarch to share an idea. Leaders typically search for  ideas that will help to produce better teamwork among subordinates. Glaze recounts how he learned of this idea from a book written by Carol Dweck, the author of Mindset. He states that Dweck suggests that people either have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset where they are making an effort to grow. Its an interesting concept based upon a 2,000 year old story.
