S.Chris Edmonds offers his advice on why it's very important for leaders and managers to gain feedback from others. Edmonds relates to his own situation when his errors "were plain to see, if I only stopped to look, listen, and learn." His key point, is that leaders and managers should learn to listen and observe the responses of others and rather than ignore them learn from them and make changes.
