Franchise Leadership and Development Conference Packs a Wallop!
Posted by Ed Teixeira
The recently concluded FLDC meeting certainly lived up to its billing. Unlike other franchise themed trade shows and conferences, I found this conference an outstanding venue for franchisors, industry professionals and suppliers to meet. In addition the two conference presenters Scott McKain and David Nour, did an excellent job in presenting practical business advice for the attendees. Rather than the typical motivational speech that usually wears out after the return home, both speakers provided business tips and advice that focused on relationship building a key component of franchise system success. The results of the Mystery Shopping project delivered timely and valuable information to franchisors and their staff.
After attending countless franchise gatherings over the years this was my first FLDC event and it won't be my last. Kudos to the Franchise Media Update group.
