Quiznos Faces New Franchisee Lawsuits

So what else is new?  Lisa Jennings reports on more lawsuits filed by disgruntled Quiznos franchisees. A Quiznos royalty rebate program designed to assist franchise owners is scheduled to come to an end, which some franchisees believe will result in more restaurant closures. Quiznos is also facing new lawsuits by franchisees alleging fraud and misdealing tied to the franchisee supplier network.
