The Franchise Lawyers Blog by attorney Terrence Dunn of franchise law firm Einbinder and Dunn, has started a two part series on non-competes. They have researched the current state of the law on drafting and enforcing non-compeition agreements in New York and will provide  a brief overview. The second part will focus on non-compete agreements in franchising. The issue of non-competes has significant implications in the relationship between franchisees and franchisors. Read part 1
