Court Refusal to Waive Class Action Can Impact Franchisors

A Nixon Peabody Franchise Law Alert reports on a recent decision by the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals, located in New York City, refusal to enforce a class action waiver in an arbitration provision.
