How Franchisors and Franchisees can Achieve Success
Posted by Ed Teixeira
When it comes to becoming successful there is no doubt that both franchisors and franchisees seek the brass ring. However, in terms of what route to follow, each party has it's own path. I recently wrote two articles; one that outlined what makes an effective franchise leader and the other how a franchisee can be successful. Since the relationship between a franchisor and franchisee is intertwined, they need to work together toward a common goal.
This common goal is rather simple:
- Franchisors should only grant franchises to individuals that are qualified in all respects.
- Franchisees should only purchase a franchise that fully matches their business skills, financial resources and personal profile.
