I found this article very interesting aince it takes a different approach for judging leadership. Mike Myatt, Chief Strategy Officer, of N2growth has written an interesting article about how to identify ineffective leaders. He lists 12 negative traits that ineffective leaders have. He makes a strong case for identifying someone's leadership ability by giving them responsibility and seeing what they do with it.
