It's important for new franchisors to have an effective plan to recruit qualified franchisees and nurture their growth.Einbinder and Dunn has a new blog on their site that cites the importance of start-up franchisors having an intelligent and well defined strategy for selling new franchises. Franchise Attorney,Terry Dunn, accurately points out the importance of a comprehensive plan that includes the sale of franchises in addition to the development of the FDD and operations manual. The blog also contains a link to an earlier Einbinder and Dunn blog using two start-up franchisors as examples.
