Operator of Franchise Firm Sentenced to 27 Months in Prison

As a follow up to a previous article on my blog, Alan Feifer, of Airmont, NY, who ran Robert Ames Business Development Co. and Innovative Franchise Systems has been sentenced to 27 months in prison. The sentencing by a Nebraska judge included the requirement that Feifer pay restitution of $196,000 to clients he defrauded.
