Grilled in Court, KFC Prez Denies He's Anti-Crispy

Looks like Yum Brands has its hands full from fried chicken to fish. In two lawsuits the issue is over the type of advertising by Yum, the franchisor. 
Franchisees and the KFC National Council and Advertising Cooperative sued KFC for favoring grilled chicken products over fried in the company's ads, which they claim hurt their sales.In another lawsuit  a Lexington, Ky. based franchisee that operates Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants claims their franchises were hurt because Yum didn't allow cross- promotion of the two food concepts.
